Get Started with Our Newly Redesigned Digital Banking Experience

For Desktop Users:
  • Visit www.tdfcu.org.
  • Click Login to T-Access in the top right corner.
  • Enter your User ID and Password—use the same credentials you’ve always used to access your account.
For Mobile Users:

We recommend using the mobile app for convenience and on-the-go access.

  • If you don’t already have the app, download it using the links below for iOS or Android.

App Versions:

  • If you already have the app, ensure it’s updated to the latest version.
  • Log in using the same User ID and Password you use for desktop banking.
  • You’ll be prompted to set up features such as biometric login, Money Management tools, and other enhancements included in the redesigned experience—especially if this is your first time using the app.

Will my account info change?

No. Your data stays the same- only the design and features are improved.

Do I need to update my app?

Yes, you must be on the latest version for full access to all features of online and mobile banking.

Can I link my other bank accounts?

Yes! External accounts can now appear in your dashboard. Click on ‘Add External Accounts’ to get started or contact TDFCU to assist!

What if I can’t find Bill Pay?

It may be collapsed- tap to expand it, or you can locate it by selecting Bill Pay in the dropdown at the top of the home screen.
