After many years of excellent service and several extensions of the retirement date, Maxine has retired. To cover for Maxine, our Call Center (800 344-4497 option 4) hours were expanded to 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday and on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Technology move away from Maxine with the continued upgrades to our core system for improvements and security. The cost of maintaining Maxine with declining usage and low transaction volume was prohibited. Talk to a Call Center Representative about access to T-Access (home banking). With a little assistance, you can receive a wealth of information about your account. You can set text messages or emails to contact you when your balance falls behind an amount you determine or receive notification when loan payments are due and much more.

TDFCU provides as many methods as possible for our members to access their funds. The Shared Branch Network has over 5,000 participating Branch locations in 40 states. These locations will accept deposits and allow our members to make withdrawals.
TDFCU participates in two surcharge free ATM networks which have over 100,000 ATMs throughout the country which our members can use without charge from TDFCU or the owners of the ATMs.
